Is there anything else I should know?
Yes, there are a few additional factors that you may wish to take into consideration before placing a site in rotation. While these are not rules, you may be able to improve your advertising with a few simple steps:
Use a splash page - You only have 10 seconds to make an impression.
Use an email form to capture leads.
Personalize your webpages - Add a photo or create a unique splash page.
If you lack the skills to make a great splash page, hire the work out.
Avoid creating a page with many links or page elements.
Flash presentations can run slow and might not load in 10 seconds.
Audio and video can be great for sales, but please use them wisely.
Persistence pays off - Consistent surfing will often yield greater response.
