Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as to future updates, alterations, or changes to this agreement.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your TrafficTruckers.com account, without recourse on you part.

Legal action will be pursued by TrafficTruckers.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you

Please note, TrafficTruckers.com is not responsible for and makes no guarantees regarding claims or promises of any type (including financial or income claims and/or promises) associated with sites that are in rotation. You agree that you join any program advertised here at your own risk.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions, and informative updates from TrafficTruckers.com to all email addresses on record.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscriptions to TrafficTruckers.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our service. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) or payment processor account(s) may do so.

Cancellation of any subscription will result in the immediate termination of all related account upgrades, regardless of the last successful payment date. TrafficTruckers.com shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account may be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related TrafficTruckers.com accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account. Please do not cheat your fellow members out of the traffic that they have earned!

Sites containing or with links to hate, discriminatory, illegal content, pornography, or warez are not allowed or tolerated. Please read the Advertising Rules carefully before placing your sites in rotation.

Only one account per household or IP address is permitted. Members of the same household may share an account, but any member who surfs must be 18 years of age or older. If multiple people share an account, only one may surf in any given day, and decisions regarding the account will remain the responsibility of the account holder on record.

A MAXIMUM OF ONE POP-UP is permitted per website. Any domains found to have more than one pop-up, a virus, a script download, or abusive content that disrupts, or attempts to disrupt, the surfing community at TrafficTruckers.com will be suspended and all credits allocated to that URL will be removed. This must be done to provide members with a safe and productive surfing experience. TrafficTruckers.com prides itself on having automatic URL approval, please make sure that the website you are promoting follows our rules.

No autoresponders! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion. If your email bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.

TrafficTruckers.com does not guarantee that service will be error-free and completely uninterrupted. We will do our best to provide you with high-quality service and support, but occasional disruptions are inevitable as the site is maintained and upgraded.
